About Us
Squire Hairdressing For Men Your Local Family Run Barbers. Opening its doors 1st September 1987, as one of only two barbershop in the Horsforth area at the time.

Sarah McDonnell, a young, hungry hairdresser with only a few years experience at the time, saw the great potential in Squire and took the opportunity to take over ownership in August 1995.
After working solo in the shop for six months Sarah quickly established the Squires brand to be one of the leading barbershops in the town, paying visits from Ian Rush and such like.

Squire, with Sarah at the front of the shop, began building up a reputation for offering high end cuts at a reasonable price; with the shop itself also being known for its high energy yet relaxed atmosphere.
Since 1987 Squire has maintained its core values of reliability and continuity, accommodating and servicing the community of Horsforth in the city of leeds and surrounding areas.

In October 2019 Squire took its first step in expanding its brand, 32 years after its first day cutting. Squire opened a second store in order to keep up with the competition and ever changing market. The new shop remains in Horsforth and is located on Station Road, a small 10 minute walk from its original Shop on Town Street. The Barber shop is led by Nathan McDonnell..

Town StreetÂ
Our Town Street shop is aimed at all ages from the new born's after their first haircut, teenagers pushing the limits on extreme haircuts, students, middle aged and seniors, who we love to share stories from the past. Always welcoming Mums and dads who want to trust that their child will be looked after from the start and smiling throughout. Specialist Hair styles include scissor cuts, Fades, Perms, crew cuts, Flat tops & much more.

We have a solid team of Sarah Mcdonnell, Kelly Thomas, Charmaine Marshall, Julian Webb & Chara Andrews. Cutting to a high and efficient standard, universal fit for all ages.

Station Road
Our Station Road shop is slightly more tailored to young professionals, teenagers & lads want bit more cutting edge to there trim. Specialising in Skin fades, Taper Fades, Burst Fades, Under Cuts, French crops, Mullets and Line Outs.
