1. How do I book an appointment?
Bookings can be placed by telephone on 0113 259 0605 or preferably online via: https://getsquire.com/booking/brands/squire-for-men
2. How much is each hair cut?
The price of each hair cut changes depending on the style. Typically our haircuts range from £12- £30. The cost of the style is provided when booking and appointment through Squire App.
We also offer discounts of up to 20% for Students, Kids and OAP's
3. How long does each appointment take?
The length of time it takes for a haircut is dependant upon the style requested. Time estimations per style are provided on Fresha when booking an appointment. We say on average it takes around 30 minutes per cut.
4. I need to cancel/ reschedule my appointment.
No problem, if you hop on the Squire booking page you can quickly and simply re-arrange or cancel your appointment. Alternatively, feel free to contact us and we can sort it for you.
5. Are Walk-ins available?
Walk-ins are still available at our Town Street shop but not available at Station Road.
However, we predominantly operate on an appointment basis. We highly recommend booking appointments or checking our schedules online before coming to see us.
6. Buying Products or Returning? with us?
Along Side running 2 barbershops. We do also offer the online sale of Mr. MUK Hair products as well as our own branded Squire For Men Texture Sust & Sea Salt Spray.
We aim to get these sent off within 3 days of purchase and then a 3-5 working day wait on delivery with 2nd class mail
Returns Policy:
At Squire for Men, we take pride in providing high-quality grooming and styling products designed to help you look and feel your best. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The packaging and safety seal (if applicable) must be intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm that we’ve received it and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and a photo of the product. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [your email address].
